Mysterious creature that hides in the shadows to slay the White King.This piece took about 5 hours. But before it I had two more tries and they didn't satisfy me. And now I like how this went out

Her face looks sorta like Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. The bright dark red lips tighten the impression of her being a cunning mistress of shadows.
What I never understood though are those little horns on her hood. What are those? They look weird.
I see you've tried a bit of shines here particularly on her hair and skin. In some parts it worked but in others, not so much :/
Somehow her head looks a bit too monumental for that tiny hand. And it's clutched around a dagger. It makes it even more tinier
Now that blade is superbe. I don't know how practical are those bars in the middle, considering that if it were to fall those would the be the 1st ones that would shatter The entire lower part of the composition is vivid and beautifully detailed. They sort of draw the attention away from her figure. Is that bad or good? I can't really tell
